Unfortunately, we don’t ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Shipments may be slightly delayed if we encounter a high volume of orders. Kindly allow a few additional days for your order to arrive should such instances occur. In the case of a significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you directly via email or a phone call to inform you.

Please understand that the above are estimates that are subject to changes. Our courier partners may be affected by factors beyond their control during peak periods or when accidents occur. We will always aim to deliver quality service as best as we can.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped out. You can find the tracking number(s) within this email. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Once we ship your item, Grey Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Local Delivery
A local delivery fee of SGD$7 is applicable for non-members. All members of Grey Market are automatically entitled to free delivery locally.

International Shipping
As international delivery fees may vary, we will personally send you an email regarding your charge. Please feel free to email or text us should you have any enquiries about the delivery fees and shipping methods.

Our orders typically ship our within 3 working days upon confirmed payment. This is an estimate subject to changes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the dispatch. You will find your tracking number(s) and a link to the shipping courier’s website in the email.
Once your package arrives in the destination country, it will be handed over to a local courier service. If you’re unable to receive the package when it arrives, the courier service will leave a card detailing how you can rearrange another delivery / where to pick up your package.

Please bear in mind that the delivery times indicated are not considering potential customs clearance delay. Grey Market will not be responsible for delayed deliveries related to customs clearance delay. The estimated delivery duration also do not take into consideration further internal processing, verification, and administration needs.

Kindly note that packages delivered by Teleport Asia are not entirely trackable since packages will be handed over to the destination country’s office once they arrive.
The COVID-19 situation has resulted in updates procedure and safety policies. As such, we may experience shipping and processing delays. Our shipping partners have also implements updates safety procedures of their own.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Any taxes or custom and/or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. We are unable to possess any control over these terms. Hence, the responsibility lies solely with the customer to make payment towards these charges and taxes. Grey Market will not reimburse any of such charges. It is advised to contact your local customs office to understand their terms relating to this, so as to avoid receiving unexpected charges.

TERMS AND POLICES
By shopping at Grey Market Singapore, you are responsible for all the applicable custom charges and the cost of shipping for return of orders, including the shipments that were refused by the receiver upon delivery. As all products will be shipped to the exact address provided by the customer upon check-out, Grey Market will not be liable for any forms of lost packages. Kindly review your information to ensure that they are accurate before confirming your order to avoid errorneous situations.

If your package is returned to an invalid address, or if the package is left unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear the full responsibility of a re-shipment. This will include the necessary shipping charges if applicable. A return or refund is strictly prohibited in these cases.
